The company uses its established business networks to facilitate win-win relations in all partner company it engages with while being integral part of these relationships to the projects conclusion.
This the company achieves by identifying possible projects with relevant stakeholders and build the bridge that allows possible realisation of the intended projects. Tau-Tsaka has established partner networks with extensive construction and projects management know how which allows the company to instantaneous bring all the necessary expertise on board within short and reasonable time frames.

It is through these solid, reliable and established partner relations that Tau-Tsaka construction and projects manages to maintain flexibility to work in any construction and project size of its choice without suffering protracted decision making. It’s partner companies are strategically located throughout south Africa and has solid networks relations within Zimbabwe, Swaziland and Botswana as well.
The company primary focus, which is largely networking and service delivery, has in the past years started expandingits physical construction arm. In so doing, the company participated in the school renovation project in the Free State for a private company based in Sandton, and is currently involved in road surface rehabilitation in the mine company in the Northern Cape. Because of its solid partnership relations, the company is able to rally and joint venture projects with scopes and resource requirements that are extensive on projects of any size.
